Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between Cambridge Arabic College and the student who enrolls in any of the courses offered by the institution.

Payment and Fees

1.1 The student must pay the full course fees for the duration determined by the institution before the start of the course.
1.2 The course fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced.
1.3 If the student fails to make the full payment of course fees, Cambrige Arabic College reserves the right to terminate the student's enrolment in the course.

Course Duration

2.1 The duration of the course will be as specified in the course details provided by Cambridge Arabic college.

Attendance

3.1 The student is expected to attend all scheduled classes and complete all course requirements.
3.2 If the student is absent without prior notification, the Arabic Institution reserves the right to terminate the student's enrolment in the course depending on the students justification.
3.3 The Arabic Institution is not responsible for any missed classes or course materials due to the student's absence.

Course Materials

4.1 All course materials provided by the Arabic Institution are for the student's personal use only.
4.2 The student is not permitted to reproduce or distribute any course materials without the prior written consent of the Arabic Institution.

Student Conduct

5.1 The student is expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
5.2 The student is not permitted to engage in any behaviour that may disrupt the learning environment or the safety of others.
5.3 Cambridge Arabic College reserves the right to terminate the student's enrolment in the course if the student engages in any inappropriate behaviour.

Liability

6.1 Cambridge Arabic College is not liable for any loss or damage to the student's personal property.
6.2 Cambridge Arabic College is not responsible for any injury or illness that may occur during the course.

Termination

7.1 Cambridge Arabic College reserves the right to terminate the student's enrolment in the course at any time if the student breaches any of these terms and conditions.
7.2 The student may terminate their enrolment in the course at any time by providing written notice to Cambridge Arabic College.
